FAQs:
How long can I hold my items in cart?
Your order will be hold for 7 days. Automatically cancel orders and restock the inventory when the orders are not paid.

How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped out after payment is made?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within an estimated 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from your confirmed payment.
It may take up to 3-4 business days to reach you. Local orders placed before 3pm on business days will be posted out on the day itself.
Please allow an additional 1-2 days for Sabah and Sarawak.

What courier service does JOYCE COUTURE use to deliver my parcels?
We use POSLAJU / DHL / CITYLINK for all local deliveries.

How do I receive the tracking number?
Once items have been posted out from JOYCE COUTURE, we will message you the tracking number.

What if my parcel goes missing?
Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service.
However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer.
We advise for customers to request/purchase insurance from the post company in the event of lost parcel.
We will not be responsible for lost parcels.

Delivery Fees
Shipping fee would be charged RM9 (West Malaysia) and RM12 (East Malaysia) per order.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! For International customers, your delivery is automatically calculated. We use EMS (Aramex) courier service.

*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.
You are responsible for such taxes and duties.


Is there any self pick-up service?
Yes we do! You may also pick up your order at our Kota Damansara / Puchong showroom.
Monday - Friday : 11am-8pm
Weekends & Public Holidays : 10am-7pm
