  • These terms and conditions apply when you place an order with Joyce Couture Sdn Bhd via the website www.joycecouture.com 
  • By placing your order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Therefore please make sure you read and understand them before placing your order.
  • To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, not be under guardianship, and not act in the capacity of a company.  
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.joycecouture.com  at the time you place your order. We therefore recommend that you save a physical or electronic copy of the terms when making a purchase.


All content ( including any product design and all collateral materials relating thereto ) included on this site is owned by Joyce Couture and/or its licensors and protected by copyright laws and/or design patents. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, circulate, republish, upload, post, disseminate, retransmit, sell, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the site in any form or by any means without Joyce Couture prior written permission and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the site. Violations are punishable by law.

Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed at www.joycecouture.com include the statutory Value Added Tax, but not include the delivery charge.


  • You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form on our site. An order number will be given with every successful order placed.     
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. 
  • Please double-check your details before confirming the order.
  • We reserve the right to decline any request for an amended order if the order has already been processed.
  • Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number.
  • If we approve your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation e-mail is our approval of your order.


Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please contact Joyce Couture Customer Service via telephone at +6012-709 3611, or via e-mail hello@joycecouture.com, and we will assist you.     


According to applicable consumer legislation, all products must be free of defects, meaning that they shall conform with the contract of sale, be fit for purpose, and perform like any other products of the same type. 

If an item you have received is defective and you notice the defect within 7 days after you received the item. If you notice the defect after the expiry of this period of time, please notify Joyce Couture Customer Service via telephone at +6012-709 3611, or via e-mail care@joycecouture.com and we will assist you. 

For any item deemed defective we will, depending on the item and the defect, offer to repair the item or replace the item with a new one. If this is not possible, we will offer you a price reduction or refund depending on your preference.


We accept payment via ( Local Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and e-wallet) Bank transfers.

Please complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order place as all unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the time limit. If your order is canceled due to no payment notification done within the time limit, a refund would only be done as store credit, no cash refund is allowed. The price payable by you for the product shall be the price of the product listed for sale as stated on the site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the site. We reserve the right to amend the price of any product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. No refund will be allowed if the purchased item is available on sale thereafter.


  • Return must be done within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • Item in the sales category is strictly not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
  • New items are only allowed to be returned. The same value of credit will be issued once received the return parcel.
  • Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition ( tag attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered )
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  • Refunds would only be done as credit, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • Credit can be used multiple times, the balance can be used in the next purchase and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issue.
