Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide! We provide FREE SHIPPING on all local orders (Malaysia) on any normal price item above RM100. Shipping fee would be charged RM8 (West Malaysia) and RM12 (East Malaysia) for orders below RM100.
For International customers, your delivery is automatically calculated or you can use the Shopping Cart's 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' to check how much it would cost to ship to your doorstep. We use EMS (Aramex) courier service.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within an estimated 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from your confirmed payment, it may take up to 3-4 business days to reach you. Local orders placed before 3pm on business days will be posted out on the day itself. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for Sabah and Sarawak.
*Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
However, once items have been posted out from JOYCE COUTURE, we will be emailed your tracking number to you and it is the customer's responsibility to track the parcel. We advise for customers to request/purchase insurance from the post company in the event of lost parcel. We will not be responsible for lost parcels.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you provided us. You own the product which is the subject of your order once we have received payment in full for your order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not provide refunds, but when making returns and exchange, please bear in mind that:
JOYCE COUTURE provides exchange on all items with all tags attached (except Sale & Promotion items, accessories in the interest of hygiene) in the same item in a different size or color, as long as you notify us within 3 days and return the product(s) to us in its original condition and unaltered (unworn and/or unused with the original packaging) within 14 days from the order date to reach our team.
When we receive your parcel, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, JOYCE COUTURE will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
Articles purchased during the sales period cannot be exchanged.
For exchange, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product for a different size subject to availability upon receiving the returned item.
*An exchange request must be made via email within 3 days upon receipt of the item. The email shall include the receipt number, receipt date, a picture of the item and an explanation of such request. If your exchange request is approved, pack the item in its original packing material and send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking.
